Hi, I'm cassie.
Counseling is a helpful tool that I enjoy making accessible for all ages.
I offer counseling services for children, teens, and adults using a person-centered approach.
This HUMANISTIC THEORY CEnters empathy, unconditional acceptance and authenticity in our therapeutic relationship.
Therapy will look different across the lifespan: talk therapy for adults, a mix of activity-based therapy and talk therapy for tweens/teens, and play therapy for children.
No matter the age, the heart of my counseling approach stays the same - centering your needs to build a healthy relationship with yourself and others.
